Dr. Marcel Schoch learned the basics of vehicle technology between 1984 and 1993 at Fritz Lottmann Technik, Munich. As a service mechanic for BMW motorcycles, he also worked there in motorsport for the Paris-Dakar rally. A diehard enthusiast, a true-blue historic vehicle specialist, and someone who contributed to the betterment of FIVA from within, Tony Davies (Anthony Royston Davies) passed away last night (9 May 2022).
